Lino Dicecca has worked in hospitality for 30+ years. He opened his first coffee shop, Lettierii’s, in
the early nineties. In 1997 Lino moved to the U.S. to open a fine dining restaurant La Pista in Vermont,
where over the next few years it had become the place to dine for tourists, locals & some Hollywood
royalty. In 2000, Lino returned to Canada and had the opportunity to become the chef for the Toronto Blue
Jays, where he showcased his culinary skills for some of the best athletes in the world.
In 2001 Lino opened On The Move Catering & Events and has been busy feeding the GTA ever since! In 2015,
Lino opened Pizzeria Di Sassi, where he showcased his favorite meals growing up. In 2020 during height of
the pandemic the idea of frozen gourmet pizza was born, in honor of Linos mother, in 2022 his gourmet
frozen pizza company, Chiara Cucina was launched. Fast forward to 2023 and now cooking up hearty &
healthy meals for the Gold Box, to elevate your vending experience.
